The CV Atlantis is our primary coastal and shelf drilling unit — an independent leg cantilever jackup rated to 350 feet water depth. She has been the backbone of Coastal Vessel Drilling's operations since founding. Maintained to ABS class and capable of operating across tropical, sub-tropical, and temperate shelf environments. The Atlantis has completed over 120 wells across her operational life.
The CV Meridian is our nearshore and shallow water specialist. A mat-supported jackup optimised for soft-bottom coastal environments, she operates efficiently in bays, estuaries, and very shallow coastal fields where an independent-leg unit would be unsuitable. This capability is underrepresented in the independent contractor market and gives our clients options that larger drillers simply cannot provide at comparable cost.
